Is it really the duty of taxpayers to fund the irresponsible people; i.e. nutrition and remedial tutoring. What happen to personal responsibility or has social engineering like providing health care to those irresponsible people who choose not to cover themselves and family but rely on the government to provide the services. This is what HR 3545 is stating.

Why doesn’t congress just pass a “Full-Service Life Act” where they will fund your entire life through grants and social services. They will find a nice job for you somewhere inside the government, but don’t worry about getting paid, they could just take your check and put it right to where you need it. This will increase efficiency. Congress will make sure you have all the care you absolutely need. Meanwhile they legislate themselves out of the program. Don’t worry about your kids, the government will take good care of ’em.
