9/22/2009--Introduced.Food Marketing in Schools Assessment Act - Directs the Secretary of Education to study and report to the Congress on the marketing of food and beverages in elementary and secondary schools. Requires such study to assess the nutritional quality of such foods, the media through which they are marketed to children in such schools, and mechanisms that regulate such marketing. Directs the Secretary to collaborate in the conduct of such study with the Division of Adolescent and School Health of the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention.
