11/17/2009--Introduced.Authorizes the Director of the Bureau of Prisons to purchase the Thomson Correctional Center in Thomson, Illinois. Prohibits the use of any funds authorized by this Act to transfer any enemy combatant from the Naval Station, Guantanamo Bay, Cuba, to the Thomson Correctional Center or to build, modify, or enhance Thomson Correctional Center or any other facility in Illinois to house any such enemy combatant.
