    Please do not pass this for it will do nothing to protect the public. If want to protect people from guns then teach everybody how to use them, this will prevent most accidents if kids know what they are and what they can do, then you have a better chance of protecting the public. It’s just like driving a car if you don’t teach them how to drive then sure when they get behind the wheel there probly going to wreck, make sense then protect our freedom and DO NOT PASS THIS.
