Seriously? Nanotechnology? Students in our public schools can barely understand basic chemistry, and you want to start requiring them to learn about the highly specialized, extremely over-hyped field of nanotechnology?
This is like trying to teach kids about cold fusion before teaching them classical physics, let alone nuclear physics.
Seriously, let kids learn about chemistry, and then let them decide whether they want to use their chemistry knowledge to pursue further study into nanotechnology. It’s always better to teach theory, and then let the applications come later.
