1/27/2010--Introduced.Prevent Foreign Influence in our Elections Act - Amends the Federal Election Campaign Act of 1971 to apply the ban on contributions and expenditures by foreign nationals in connection with a federal, state, or local election to domestic corporations (subsidiaries) with respect to which the percentage of outstanding shares controlled directly or indirectly by foreign principals is equal to or greater than 50%.
