    5 billion dollars? It’s not training, they need jobs from the private sector. See abuses by certain cities (e.g. Detroit’s stage sets-govt funded illusions) and the wasteful spending of these types of programs. Training will not get these people jobs if their public education failed them, if those people are reluctant to move where the jobs are, and finally if there is no job for them.

    Why not redirect that 5 billion in Tarp and cut taxes to generate job growth? This punishes states that have policies to promote jobs and growth. No to 5 Billion. We are already in too much debt as it is.

    Speaking or job relocation, restore the tac incentives to allow mobility without requiring citizens to lose 40% of their weath to self finance a move to get a job. Stop punishing people and enable them to relocate for work.
