3/3/2010--Introduced.Repeals:
(1) provisions in the Economic Growth and Tax Relief Reconciliation Act of 2001 terminating tax reductions made by such Act after December 31, 2010; and
(2) the provision in the Jobs and Growth Tax Relief Reconciliation Act of 2003 terminating after 2008 reductions in tax rates on dividends and net capital gain. Amends the Internal Revenue Code to make permanent:
(1) the tax deductions for state and local sales taxes and for tuition and related expenses; and
(2) the increased expensing allowance (i.e., $125,000) for depreciable business assets.
