7/20/2010--Passed House without amendment. (This measure has not been amended since it was introduced. The summary of that version is repeated here.)National Commission on Children and Disasters Reauthorization Act of 2010 - Amends the Kids in Disasters Well-being, Safety, and Health Act of 2007 to authorize appropriations for the National Commission on Children and Disasters through FY2013. Requires any vacancy in the Commission to be filled within 90 days after the date of the vacancy. Requires the Commission to submit:
(1) interim reports to the President and Congress annually; and
(2) its final report by December 31, 2012.
