I support the intent of this bill. However, the vagueness has to be eliminated in these bills. Laws need to be specific. How many times and how often is “repeatedly.” Is twice repeatedly? Is one series of 5 occurrences 15 years ago repeatedly? A registered lobbyist, who has a client that is a foreign government of any nature, should be barred from lobbying. Foreign governments and their lobbyists have no business meddling in the affairs of our governments affairs!
