7/1/2010--Introduced.Amends the Magnuson-Stevens Fishery Conservation and Management Act to require the deposit of sums received as fines, penalties, and forfeitures of property for violations of the Act or of any other marine resource laws enforced by the Secretary of Commerce into the Treasury to be applied to reduce the annual federal budget deficit or, if there is no such deficit, to reduce outstanding federal debt.
