    this would undermine the sucurity and valdidity of information and put the “officer” at risk. as most terrorist acts are supported by other reps whom may have access the the transaction. It also put the family and departments involved at risk. The officer should do his duty and report the information since thats the “officers” job. They shouldn’t expect a reward, this bilol makes it clear that reliable information isn’t as expected as reported. thus also puts the nation at risk by stating to all that you have to bribe an “officer” to do their job. since all “officers” internationally, already have the duty to prevent or deter terrorist acts and or deter crimes. It is their jobs to report in the first place. Again, this bill is telling all that the “officers” are not doing what they are trained and swon to do.

    Again, I don’t approve of ANY funding for these obviously illegal and fraudulent wars.
