7/20/2010--Introduced.Putting an End to Sanctuary Cities Act - Prohibits the distribution of federal funds to a state or a political subdivision of a state that is determined by the Secretary of Homeland Security (DHS) to be interfering with federal immigration law enforcement. Terminates such prohibition when the Secretary certifies that the state or political subdivision has entered into an agreement with the Secretary to cease such interference.
