8/11/2010--Public Law. (This measure has not been amended since it was passed by the House on July 28, 2010. The summary of that version is repeated here.) General and Special Risk Insurance Funds Availability Act of 2010 - Authorizes the Secretary of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) for FY2010 to enter into commitments to guarantee loans as obligations of the General and Special Risk Insurance Funds, as authorized by the National Housing Act, in an amount of up to $20 billion in total loan principal, any part of which is to be guaranteed.
