First of all, hospitals should never be allowed to remove the baby from the presence of the mother in the first place. Its a stupid, unnecessary and risky practice. Fix that first. Keep the baby’s with its mother, like every other animal, and security issues will be resolved.
Really concerned about the “procedures for identifying” part—how soon til they mandate microchip insertion?
