Why would we consider a law that further enables illegal aliens or enemy combatants? They are not citizens, therefore they do not fall under our constitution, bill of rights, or benefits of citizens.

This is just another slap in the face to veterans by Rep. Jackson-Lee. You do not give a guy that is trying to kill you in a war zone the benefits and rights under our constitution…PERIOD.

Politicians need to learn the difference between crime and war. Why are our rights extended to our enemy that is intent on destroying us because we have those rights. Protect your constituents as is your job, not the people trying to kill us.

Habeas Corpus harkens back to the Magna Carta originally issued in the year 1215. The fact that we are even arguing about “providing the body” of anyone, enemy combatant or otherwise, proves that a Republic we are no longer. The right to have your family know your alive is not a right given by government, but rather, a right of humanity. A Republic’s authority stems from the rule of law, america’s authority stems from the rule of force. Shame on those who so easily cast away hundreds of years of justice, dignity and the creeds this country once stood for. S.3081 – Enemy Belligerent, Interrogation, Detention, and Prosecution Act of 2010 would give american citizens the rights of enemy combatants. The state always picks on the rights of the unpopular as if to test market tyranny until they unleash it on the rest of us. visit allyreport.blogspot.com
