    This is part of the program to have foreign teachers and students come from overseas and teach here. The program should be open for all teachers, not just science. This part of a dem agenda in foreign policy.

    This also sounds like free education for people who pursue federal employment. Hillary’s school.

    It should be a program at Universities paid by the federal government.
