Segregation, discrimination, Federal Employment Laws (Military are Fed) and unfair Labor Practice been imposed less 50%. Abolish current Veteran Laws. Comply with Armed Forces, Total Force, Equal Rights. Guard and reservist are discriminated, immediate action.

The servicemember kept their end of the bargain, the least our government can do is honor their end to support those who protect and defend the nation against all enemies foreign and domestic.

Please vote “NAY” on this legislation. If you want to HELP US VETERANS “VOTE AYE” on number H.R. 303. This legislation implies segregation, division between 50% or more receive VA benefits and full Military Retire pay. Individual with less than 50% have their VA check amount taken out of the Military Retirement pay. This is discrimination against those that receive pay and those that do not. Armed Forces personnel are Federal Employee’s; this legislation valuates numerous Federal Laws of Employment including Unfair Labor Practice and no Equal Rights. My Senators are fighting against this current Law. I served Americans for over 40 years, 71 Awards and Decorations with 43 Medals to have my Military pay reduced because I have a Veterans Disability of 40%. VA check amount is taken out of my retired pay each month it is the current Law. Read this legislation again “certain retired members,” “and either retired pay.”

I emailed this to Mr. Gus Michael Bilirakis also note he sponsored H.R.811 the same date,Vote “Nay” on 811 also.
Justify how you and co-sponsors have the authority to over write the Constitution of the United States, Civil Rights, and no Equal Rights and violated Federal Laws of Employment. Armed Forces Personnel are Federal Employee’s; this legislation clearly identifies segregation, discrimination, unfair Labor Practice under Federal Law, no Equal rights by using division factors within and reducing an individuals Quality of Life. I will post his answer when I receive.
