This would be a wonderful incentive and benefit (in this economy) with a number of private industry employees returning (or looking to return) to the Federal Government. Employees return with an incredible amount of private industry experience, combined with prior Federal employment on increases insight and effectiveness when returning. I am willing and able to repay retirement funds with interest to regain my prior years of service! This is definately a “win-win” for all parties.
