    This one needs treated with extreme priority with respect to transparent, accessible Government and cognition.. More specifically from these Fingertips: Cognitive Disabilities. :)

    Without judicial review or legal defenses, this bill is just lip service. I’ll support it because it expresses a nice sentiment, but I do not expect it to solve communication problems.
