As a country we cannot continue to support illegal aliens in health care, automatic citizenship and other social programs. We are not that rich anymore. If Social Security is in jeopardy, then we have an obligation to support Americans over aliens. This bill will go a long way to save our freedom and support Americans first.

When will our elected officials start representing us the people. I am tired of my taxes going to support Illegals receiving their medical care at the emergency room. I am tired of English as s secomnd language. What is that all about? Get a handle on illegal immigration and save us all some money and lower crime at the same time.

I am an American citizen who worked for 27 years as a Civil Drafter/ Designer and I was laid off over a year ago and am trying to find work in the same field but now the ads I see for this field now want you to be bilingual. Why is this country catering to this one group of people? To me this is a form of prejudice that so many companies will only hire people who speak English and Spanish and are no longer basing your qualifications on experience. This country needs to take care of its own people that are suffering through no fault of their own!

The officials elected to congress need to to start doing what the people who sent them want them to do. Illegal is illegal not matter how you spell it.

I was born in a US Army ambulance in 1963 heading to a US Army hospital in Germany. My father was a US Army soldier at the time, and later served two tours in Vietnam. My mother was his legal wife living on base, a native-born Austrian.

I was green-carded and had to be naturalized with my mother 6 years later, and can never run for high office because I was not born on “US soil.”

Meanwhile, hundreds of thousands of illegal aliens deliver their babies on US soil each year, at OUR expense, and for their violation of law (I won’t say “crimes”), their children are rewarded with instant US citizenship, which I was denied… because my father was serving his country and stationed in Germany!!!

I thank God Congressman Gary Miller has the courage to right this wrong, and instill sanity into what was meant to protect slaves, not reward illegal alien for exploiting a loophole, breaking the law, to give FREE birth on US soil and be rewarded at same time!!
