    Talk about a waist of time and money, fire this chick, we are wasting time and money to recognize something we recognized 5 years ago, Hay I have a bill for you lets waste time and money passing a law that says that rain is wet and then 5 years from now you can pass another law recognizing that 5 years ago you passed a law recognizing that rain was wet.
