7/12/2010--Passed Senate without amendment. (This measure has not been amended since it was introduced. The summary of that version is repeated here.) Directs the Clerk of the House of Representatives to make a technical correction in the enrollment of H.R. 3360, the Cruise Vessel Security and Safety Act of 2009. Replaces the second mention of "Coast Guard and Maritime Transportation Act of 2004" with "Coast Guard and Maritime Transportation Act of 2006" in the requirement that the Secretary of the department in which the Coast Guard is operating combine into a single annual report certain mandatory annual reports under both Acts.
