What, other races don’t get AIDS/HIV too? How racist.

HIV/AIDS Does not care what race you are when it infects you and tries to kill you. Why would you even consider attatching race to a disease unless “race” is the only thing on your mind. California has more pressing matters for its representatives to deal with than this.

The only way the govt can keep racism alive and kicking is to continuously remind people that the poor minorities have it so tough that the govt has to help by making laws that opress everyone except the minority.

Let’s see, first the CIA puts out cyphalis then HIV to the black population, with hopes that they will destroy themselves and all whom associate with them. It them spread to the gay community and intravenous drug users, but some of them (government officials) are gay and drug users, Hmm now what do they do…No gay marriage, you need to have sex with more people, not settle down with one person. How about the POPE, no condoms…Whatever, keep thinking freely!!!

Why is HIV in vacancies. If they weren’t or if people didn’t take vacancies there would be less people with vacancies.

Expresses support for:

(1) the goals and ideals of National Black HIV/AIDS Awareness Day;

(2) development of a national AIDS strategy to reduce new HIV infections;

I got an idea, STOP HAVING SEX, USE THE RUBBER, it doesnt take an moron to figure it out…

(3) the strengthening of stable African-American communities

So only they need help?

I think this BILL is a Hate Crime(IT’s against all other races of people who has AIDS and including the GLBT community as well)
