    I’m for the idea – but this is way to vague – especially for something they are trying to put in the constitution.

    An interesting bill, but why do you think they need a Constitutional amendment? Because the general public was never meant to vote for the President. That’s the reason we have the House of Representatives. We are not even supposed to vote for the Senate, our state legislatures are. Now we have these big wigs directly elected by the gullible masses while they trade favors with special interests, no longer having the country’s true interests in mind.
