The right to make another man (the doctor) your slave is nullified by the 13th amendment. Sorry!

Just because you live in the US does not mean that everything is a Right. In this country YOU make of YOURSELF what YOU will. Life does not owe you anything. Want something? work hard and get it, can’t afford it? work harder or smarter. Do not expect me to provide for you, what I am already having a hard enough time providing for myself and my family.

Perfect comment Hank! Actually, Tinman1, yours is equally so! The horror stories of nationalized healthcare from England, Canada, Sweden, and many, many other countries are what we can look to when deciding on this! This has been piloted in Massachusetts and is BROKEN, in Hawaii, I believe, the same result!

Socialized health care don’t work in other countries why try it in America. We all paid into Medicare and it is nothing but a mess and besides Medicaid supports all the illegal aleins and things like those scooters being charged to medicare on people that has been dead several years. With all the fraud in medicare a government run system would be a really big mess with fraud. Let our private health Care companies do what they do best in insurance. Just keep Washington out of our Health Care.

This is like saying I have a right to three healthy meals a day, a roff over my head and two weeks paid vacation every year…If we are going to go down this road, then let’s pause a moment and review the history of the Soviet Union…If that’s what you who are looking for a free ride at some one else expense, then move.
