I have no problem with this bill, but is there anything here that is not already law or standard policy?

Ditto. Adding an amendment ought to require that a big problem be addressed. It seems that victims already have these abilities.
How about an amendment for all of the victims of the 10th Amendment being murdered?
(This is sarcasm, as noted above, this is an issue for the states to address per the 10th Amendment)

We’re not getting our $174K per legislator’s worth with fringe bills like these. Either cut their session time and salary, or make a “pay to propose” after a set number of bills.
