12/19/2009--Passed Senate without amendment. (This measure has not been amended since it was introduced. The summary of that version is repeated here.) Amends the Continuing Appropriations Resolution, 2010 to extend from October 31, 2009, through December 23, 2009, appropriations and funds made available and authority granted pursuant to that joint resolution, unless either of the following occurs first:
(1) the enactment into law of an appropriation for any project or activity provided for in this joint resolution; or
(2) the enactment into law of the applicable appropriations Act for FY2010 without any provision for such project or activity.
