The resolution makes in order a motion offered by the chair of the Committee on Ways and Means or his designee that the House concur in the Senate amendment to H.R. 4213 with the amendment printed in part A of this report, modified by the amendment printed in part B. The resolution provides for one hour debate and the Senate amendment and the motion shall be considered as read.
