Recognizes the National Safe Child Initiative as an awareness-raising campaign to educate the public about the prevalence and problem of child abuse, and commends the National Safe Child Coalition for bringing awareness to and working to protect children from batterers. Expresses the sense of the House of Representatives that Congress should:(1) continue to raise awareness of domestic violence in the United States and its devastating effects on families and communities; and
(2) support programs designed to end domestic violence.
