    I support this resolution as it will serve as an initial step to further transparency and potentially elimate waste at a time we need it more than ever. I’m anxious to see & track the impacts of this resolution once it is passed to ensure it delivers the intended benefit.

    This sounds like Office of Inspector General getting independent agency status after complaining about a meeting where they lobbied. They refused more meetings and wouldn’t even write a report. OIG had the laws changed to their favor and just submit reports Congress asks for, like how our money is spent. Congress has to make a law so OIG will meet with them.
