Waives all points of order against consideration of the motion except those arising under clause 10 of rule XXI. Provides that the Senate amendment shall be considered as read. Although the rule waives all points of order against consideration of the motion (except those arising under clause 10 of rule XXI), the Committee is not aware of any points of order against the motion. The waiver of all points of order (except those arising under clause 10 of rule XXI) is prophylactic.
