I am trying to understand, Why do we need a Bill for this? Its not like we dont know what it represents. Why not have months that reconized other hertigues who are part of AMERICA as well it will teach the children about others peoples hertigue which are just as important as the Black history month, plus last time I check this country is a Melting pot of alot of people. How are we going to teach our children Tolerance when most of the history month is ONLY reflected on African American history.
