Requires the Speaker of the House of Representatives and the President pro tempore of the Senate to make arrangements for the award of a congressional gold medal to the Army's 100th Infantry Battalion, the 442nd Regimental Combat Team, and the Military Intelligence Service, collectively, in recognition of their dedicated service during World War II. Mandates giving the gold medal to the Smithsonian Institution, where it will be displayed as appropriate and made available for research.Expresses the sense of Congress that the Smithsonian Institution should make such medal available for display elsewhere, particularly at locations associated with such Battalion, Team, and Service.
