6/4/2009--Introduced.Directs the Secretary of Agriculture to extend, through the 2012-2013 school year, the Philadelphia universal feeding pilot program, which allows certain high-poverty schools in Philadelphia to be reimbursed for free and reduced price meals under the School Lunch program on the basis of school-wide demographic surveys of family income, rather than individual applications.
