    An interesting spin on Cash for Clunkers. That program ran out of money so quickly; where will the government get the money for this new Clunker era?

    It would be one way, I suppose, to help alleviate the economic burden of the cap-and-trade bill on the average American. It would definitely increase the popularity of “green” cars! I am just incredibly hesitant to applaud any expansion of the government into the economy.
