7/8/2009--Introduced.Leadville Mine Drainage Tunnel Remediation Act of 2009 - Amends the Reclamation Projects Authorization and Adjustment Act of 1992 to require the Secretary of the Interior to:(1) take steps to repair or maintain the structural integrity of the Leadville Mine Drainage Tunnel in Colorado, to prevent Tunnel failure and preclude uncontrolled release of water from any portion of the Tunnel; and
(2) participate in the implementation of the operable unit 6 remedy for the California Gulch Superfund Site, as described in the 2003 Record of Decision of the Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) for such unit.
