This bill represents a strong move back toward constitutional standards for law enforcement investigations, repealing some of the most outrageous violations of the Fourth Amendment by the FISA Amendments Act and Patriot Act. It’s about time we see a bill like this. Thanks, Senator Feingold?

I am against any ‘improvement’ on the patriot act. the patriot act is against the US constitution and the only accepted response to the patriot act is repeal, undo or discard the entire original bill and all subsequent laws that pertain to it.
