Its a shame what congress is doing to us. This delay is trully BS politics at it highest!
    Banks want money..right away
    Auto firms..right away
    Foreign countries..right away

NO delay in nothing really but when it comes to help the american people..hmmm we have to think about this..they are sick people in congress!

  • Lee66 10/27/2009 1:20pm

And who knows what has gone on the “back rooms” as to why there was nothing said by the repubs. What was said by dems has nothing to do with what is really going down here. Just – more speeches and posturing – until the vote. Let’s just get on with it here!

  • Taylor09 10/27/2009 1:20pm

We are seeing the process for what it is, sadly. A small percentage can filibuster and cause harm to the majority.

Have you noticed all the women vote aye? Do they just have more compassion? Just saying.

  • abbondanza 10/27/2009 1:21pm

Everyone needs to realize that they are not really against UE, they are only posturing for the the HealthCare battle…at our expense of course..

  • Taylor09 10/27/2009 1:21pm

    McConnell “aye”

  • Bassmaster2009 10/27/2009 1:21pm

Its sad though that they play emotional /political games with suffering americans like this.I had to pop a nitro pill during this and now got that dreaded headache from it
