    Last I checked Afganistan is a seperate country than us. his may be the arrogance Obama spoke about. It is quite arrogant of us to think we can impose law in another nation.

    I agree. It is also not the US taxpayers’ responsibility to enforce ‘human rights’ and literacy for other nations.

    I think that Congress has rights to speak, just as you do. Congress is just expressing their beliefs.
