A BILL
To suspend temporarily the duty on chromate(4-), [7-amino-3-[(3-chloro-2-hydroxy-5-nitrophenyl)azo]-4-hydroxy-2-naphthalenesulfon ato(3-)][6-amino-4-hydroxy-3-[(2-hydroxy-5-nitro-3-sulfophenyl)azo]-2-naphthalen esulfonato(4-)]-, tetrasodium (p 96-1335).
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled,
SECTION 1. CHROMATE(4-), [7-AMINO-3-[(3-CHLORO-2-HYDROXY-5-NITROPHENYL)AZO]-4-HYDROXY-2-NAPHTHALENESULFON ATO(3-)][6-AMINO-4-HYDROXY-3-[(2-HYDROXY-5-NITRO-3-SULFOPHENYL)AZO]-2-NAPHTHALEN ESULFONATO(4-)]-, TETRASODIUM (P 96-1335).
(a) In General- Subchapter II of chapter 99 of the Harmonized Tariff Schedule of the United States is amended by inserting in numerical sequence the following new heading:

‘ 9902.01.00 Chromate(4-), [7-amino-3-[(3-chloro-2-hydroxy-5-nitrophenyl)azo]-4-hydroxy-2-naphthalenesulfon ato(3-)][6-amino-4-hydroxy-3-[(2-hydroxy-5-nitro-3-sulfophenyl)azo]-2-naphthalen esulfonato(4-)]-, tetrasodium (P 96-1335) (CAS No. 184719-87-7) (provided for in subheading 3204.12.45) Free No change No change On or before 12/31/2011 ’.

(b) Effective Date- The amendment made by subsection (a) applies to goods entered, or withdrawn from warehouse for consumption, on or after the 15th day after the date of the enactment of this Act.
