This targets pot brownies and other marijuana edibles preferred by some medical marijuana patients. If the bill passes the house anyone making pot brownies or similar products could be subject to double the fines and jail time for regular marijuana. Doesn’t our Federal Government have better things to do? Marijuana should be a states right just like Alcohol and Tabacco.

This is the dumbest thing ever! Though significant studies have shown that marijuana smoke does not cause cancer, and may protect against it, it may irritate the lung for some people. While vaporizing the medication can go a long way to relieve this irritation, edibles supply a sustained, longer-lasting dose of medication, that, for instance, can carry a patient, pain-free, throughout the night.
For ADHD children smoking is frowned upon yet the foremost authorities on ADHD children strongly recommend they eat it! How in this day can we be taking such a huge step backwards? More studies have been done showing the therapeutic benefits of cannabis than any other substance known to man, organic or otherwise! Anyone who votes for this bill needs to be voted out of office on the grounds of stupidity. It will not save kids, it will harm many ADHD children, cancer patients, Aids patients, MS patients, the elderly, and those who can not tolerate chemical pharmaceuticals.

This bill is wrong. It aims to make edible marijuana products illegal prior to inevitable legalization. There is no kind of epidemic of children being exposed to pot brownies…and there certainty is no danger to children from accidental ingestion. Pot cannot kill you, You can eat 20+ pounds at once without health risk. The current laws are sufficient regarding exposing children to drugs. Do not make possession of pot brownies illegal before pot is even legal. It is simply taking away freedoms before they are given. Patients who cannot smoke marijuana need edible marijuana to survive.

Please, Voters of America, kill this bill, stop paying for a drug war that is aimed at our children and our neighbors and our future. Dianne Feinstein’s sick name game “Saving Kids From Dangerous Drugs Act” is just that – an “Act” – medical cannabis edibles are truly effective, cheap and natural medicine, and they are absolutely NON TOXIC – not like TYLENOL or some CHILDREN’s VITAMINS! Feinstein must slander edible cannabis because they are truly cheap, effective, non toxic and safe natural medicines. The facts look bad for Big Pharma and Feinstein’s authoritarian elite. This ‘police state coalilition’ are loosing Prop. 19 and all medical cannabis might be legal soon in California. Feinstein’s oligarchs know this, and they are panicking, they stand to loose a lot of the money they invested in prisons and the potential of slave labor from your drug crimes. Democracy makes them angry and so they try to punish us with sick and stupid laws! Feinstein=Fascist
