11/4/2009--Introduced.COBRA Subsidy Extension and Enhancement Act of 2009 - Amends the American Recovery and Reinvestment Act of 2009 to:
(1) increase the subsidy under COBRA (health insurance continuation benefits under the Consolidated Omnibus Budget Reconciliation Act of 1985) to 75% of a worker's health care insurance premium;
(2) extend such subsidy from 9 to 15 months after termination from employment;
(3) extend coverage under COBRA to employees whose work hours are involuntarily reduced; and
(4) extend until June 30, 2010, the period of eligibility for COBRA premium assistance.
