Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled,CommentsClose CommentsPermalink
(a) In General- Section 12(e) of the Commodity Exchange Act (
(1) by striking paragraph (2); andCommentsClose CommentsPermalink
(2) in paragraph (1)--CommentsClose CommentsPermalink
(A) by striking ‘(1) Nothing’ and inserting ‘Nothing’;CommentsClose CommentsPermalink
(B) by redesignating subparagraphs (A) through (C) as paragraphs (1) through (3), respectively, and indenting appropriately; andCommentsClose CommentsPermalink
(C) in paragraph (2) (as redesignated by subparagraph (B))--CommentsClose CommentsPermalink
(i) by redesignating clauses (i) through (iii) as subparagraphs (A) through (C), respectively, and indenting appropriately; andCommentsClose CommentsPermalink
