“… Global competition for talent and investment grows more intense daily and the United States must step up or be left behind,” … Bill Gates said the same things in 2006, years after we knew that there was a growing technology skills deficit. The Government did nothing to help America to address that as an issue. Remember that 2004 White Paper on the subject?
Today Government continues to do nothing. Except to continue to provide opportunities to Foreigners at the expense of Americans.
