Undermines intellectual property rights with public disclosure of proprietary innovation. Take away benefit of innovation & it will stop. EPA can have information, but not disclose. We already have strong liability laws in this country that sufficiently deter recless development. Have enormous EPA oversight, bureaucracy & bulking budgets already. Let us not pass short-sighted legislation that results in enormous loss of value to US business, employees, families, & suppliers, & that ultimately undermines our economic strength & security. safe to people, which employs people in jobs which helps them to feed their families and to buy things from your companies which employ you and your family.
