Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled,CommentsClose CommentsPermalink
(a) In General- Subsection (g) of section 25C of the Internal Revenue Code of 1986 is amended to read as follows:CommentsClose CommentsPermalink
‘(g) Termination- This section shall not apply with respect to any property placed in service after December 31, 2009.’.CommentsClose CommentsPermalink
(b) Effective Date- The amendment made by this section shall apply to property placed in service after December 31, 2007.CommentsClose CommentsPermalink
