5/27/2010--Introduced.Tax Equity for School Teachers Act of 2010 - Amends the Internal Revenue Code to:
(1) reinstate and revise the tax deduction for certain expenses of elementary and secondary school teachers (allowed whether or not the taxpayer itemizes other deductions);
(2) make such deduction permanent; and
(3) expand such deduction to include expenses for professional development and expenses related to the initial certification of qualified science, technology, engineering, or math teachers.
