Section 104 seems to say that this will subsidize health insurance via Medicaid funds…
I think its very unfortunate this bill isn’t getting more attention in the national health care debate. I find it to be a more moderate solution, and one that is supported, at least to some degree, by both parties. If nothing else it should be a small beacon of hope for bipartisan health care reform.
I agree! This bill has a moderate solution, supported on both sides of the aisle. Hope Obama considers it on 9/9
I find it absolutely disgusting how many articles I’ve seen talking about bipartisanship and compromise in healthcare which don’t mention S. 391 or even Senator Wyden or Senator Bennett. I am certain that it could easily be passed, but some people (Baucus) are trying to block it because they don’t have an open mind or a bipartisan will.
