The problem with our elections is that a shrinking minority of citizens believe the Republicans have solutions.

It would be really nice if senators were required to file both paper AND in electronic format. The elimination of a paper trail is somewhat worrisome to me.

Does this allow for citizens to connect to these proposed data sources and do any mashups with the data? That would be sweet and would really make the process open.

Does anyone know why Senators Hatch, Sanders, Dorgan, Hutchison, Murkowski, Landrieu, and Menendez are not cosponsoring the Senate Campaign Disclosure Parity Act this session? They did in the 110th, when it was S. 223.
